Just Moved-In and Love It

Just moved in from down the road and am loving the value and staff of Vio Apartments. The best place to live this side of UNLV.

Nice Place to Live!

This place is nice. People are nice and the apartments are nice. They are making lots of changes! I'm glad I live here. I can't wait to see what else they do.

I love my home

I have been living here for over 6 years and I love living here. My apartments have changed a lot within this last year and our changes have all been positive. I will continue to live here for years to come. New Management have done the most changes and the office staff has been the best since I can remember. The manager is friendly and has excellent customer service.

Best Apartment ever

I love the location of my new apartments. The office and maintenance staff are really friendly and helpful. I wish I had moved here a long time ago. My apartment is worth what I pay for, the value of my apartment is more than what I previously had for less money. I will live here for years to come.

Improvements

The apartments are really changing. Owners and Management are doing a lot to improve the look and feel of the property.

I love my home...

My apartment is good, but I am wanting to transfer to one of the new units. The new company has done such a great job at fixing them. The new apartments come with stainless steel appliances and the kitchens are also updated. I can't wait for my lease to be up to move in to one of those units.
